Teaching Artist & Cellist
Conrad Ho is a Teaching Artist from Los Angeles, California. He is known for his radiant positivity, poised patience, and relentless dedication to his students. Conrad teaches Cello and Piano from his studio, Rad’s, which he started in 2016. Rad’s started with just one student, but has flourished to 25 plus students of all ages and skill levels! With a decade of teaching experience, Conrad will finds creative and personalized ways to teach music.
Conrad studied under Roger Lebow , of L.A. Opera, at Chapman University to complete both his Bachelors of Music Performance, and Music Education degrees. He then learned under the tutelage of Terry King, Gregor Piatigorsky’s understudy, to obtain his Masters of Music, Graduate Performance and Teaching Artist Diplomas at Longy School of Music of Bard College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Conrad served as a cello coach for the Longy El Sistema program, a leading provider of free music education to underprivileged children in the greater New England area. He and his students had the honor of performing under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel during a Side by Side Concert . He has participated in the master classes of Laura Bossert, Robert Becker of Pacific Symphony, Mihail Jojatu of Boston Symphony, Rieko Aizawa and Jesse Mills of the Horsowski Trio.
